INTRODUCTORY SESSION

 

We know that picking the right gym is an important decision. We invite you to try a free one-on-one session with one of our coaches to experience what we have to offer, check out our facility and meet some of our members.

DISCIPLESHIP

 

Following your introductory session, we hope you’ll have an understanding of what CrossFit is all about and the positive atmosphere at our facility. If it’s group training/CrossFit that you’re seeking, it would now be time to learn the basic movements which make up our programming. Discipleship is mandatory for all new clients and is essential so all future group classes are executed safely with correct technique. The six (6) Discipleship sessions are a one-time fee of $199. In most cases, Discipleship is six (6) sessions in length, however we will make provisions on an individual basis based on skill and technique uptake. Once you have the basic knowledge and mechanics to excel in our group CrossFit classes, you will have full access to the CrossFit BCS

PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Though a big draw to Brick City Strength Gym is for Crossfit BCS, we are much more than a Crossfit gym. We offer Personalized Training (PT) programs and Specialty classes for anyone looking to get fitter and stronger, address weaknesses, lose weight, fix injuries, or any other physical goals you may have.

We understand that taking that first step into the gym can be a daunting task: with our personal training program, we make it rewarding by building a training program strictly for YOU. Your coach will take you through a comprehensive assessment, talk to you about your goals, and from there, create an individualized plan. The workouts are fun, challenging, and engaging, and you will feel amazing knowing that you are getting the right training for you – whether you’re just starting out, or you’re already a well-developed athlete.

 

One size does not fit all when it comes to addressing weaknesses and building a better you. We hope you’ll let us help you get to where you want to be!

 

 

PRICING PLANS

 

5 Sessions: $449

(5 Personal Training sessions with one our our certified Trainers, access to one (1) Open Gym session per package)

10 Sessions $799

(10 Personal Training sessions with one our our certified Trainers, access to two (2) Open Gym session per package, access to two (2) CrossFit classes per package when the Personal Trainer deems individual fit for a class (based on movement)

 

** Our PT packages are a personalized approach to the individual’s fitness needs. Strength and conditioning are far from one size fits all. With our program, we begin with a comprehensive movement analysis.

Once this information is collected we build a program specifically tailored to you. This is simply the most effective way to begin your journey at Brick City Strength, whether you’re eventually wanting to get to CrossFit class or just looking to become a better you, this program is for you.
