TRAINING FOR LIFE: One hour group classes are jam-packed with a warm up, strength component, and an intense workout, which will generally range between about eight and 25 minutes. Each class is lead by a trainer that holds a personal trainer and/or strength and conditioning certification, which means they have received the training and knowledge to guide you along your fitness journey. The class is structured with a pre-programmed workout that uses a variety of functional movements and exercises that will help get you fitter, happier and healthier. Be on time, bring a good pair of shoes (minimalist is best) and water, and we will do the rest.
HIIT: Our Bootcamp classes are our quick hitters. This is a condensed version of class without the strength component. The class will consist of a warmup and functional movement workout, and will be a total of 30-40 minutes, This is a great way to get in a quick interval-type training session for the day.
COMMUNITY WORKOUT: This class is designed to introduce anyone curious about Brick City Strength to our coaching staff and facility through a station-based, interval workout. These classes will be held from time-to-time throughout the month, so please check our calendar and/or our social media for more information.
ANIMAL FLOW: This is ground based movement class which is fun, challenging and effective. This class will help toimprove strength power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination, and is for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.
